Important details

When the 30-day window starts

The window starts on your subscription date — the date your payment was processed. Not the date of your first issue. Not the date you first logged in. Check your confirmation email for that date.

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions receive a full refund — not a prorated refund for months remaining. If you subscribed annually and request a refund within 30 days, you receive the full amount paid.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions receive a refund of the current month's payment. If you have been subscribed for multiple months and request a refund within 30 days of your most recent billing date — you receive a refund of that month's charge only. Prior months are not covered.

Your Friday Flash subscription

Refunding a paid subscription does not affect your free Friday Flash subscription in any way. You remain on the free list and continue to receive The Friday Flash every Friday night.

Access after refund

After a refund is processed, access to The Friday Report ends at the close of the current billing period.
