By accessing or using www.profitbyfriday.com, subscribing to any publication, or receiving any email from ProfitByFriday, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our publications or website.
These terms apply to all visitors, free subscribers, and paid subscribers. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Refund Policy, all of which form part of the agreement between you and ProfitByFriday.
ProfitByFriday is an independent stock analysis publication operated by William Tan, editor and publisher. We publish The Friday Flash (free weekly) and The Friday Report (premium weekly). The Boring Legacy Report is a planned quarterly publication.
We are not a licensed financial adviser, broker, dealer, or investment professional in any jurisdiction. All content is educational in nature. Please read our Disclaimer in full.
Available to all subscribers at no cost. Delivered by email every Friday night after market close. Each issue covers one mid-cap stock analysed through the CLEAR Framework for educational purposes. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue The Friday Flash at any time with reasonable notice to subscribers.
Available to paid subscribers. Delivered every Friday night after market close. Each issue includes full CLEAR Framework analysis across up to five stocks, Market Pulse assessment, entry triggers, stop level guidance, position sizing guidance, a 10-Business-Angle Review, and the live Watchlist Tracker. The Friday Report is a paid subscription from the first issue. There is no free trial period.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for new subscribers with reasonable advance notice. Existing subscribers on a confirmed rate will not have their rate changed mid-subscription period without explicit written consent.
The founding annual rate of $197 per year is available to a maximum of 200 subscribers. This cap is real and will be enforced when reached. It will not reopen once closed. No exceptions.
Subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive advance notice before any renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to The Friday Report until that date. To cancel, use the account management link in any subscription email or reach us via our contact page.
We offer a 30-day full refund on all paid subscriptions. No questions asked. One message to our contact page is all it takes. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
If you disagree with any future changes to these terms, you may cancel and request a refund within 30 days of the change taking effect — regardless of where you are in your billing cycle. We will honour this without exception.
By subscribing to The Friday Flash, you consent to receive our weekly email publication. Our commitment is stated on every subscription form and repeated here:
Primarily one email every Friday night. Occasionally a second when something is genuinely worth your time. We do not send daily noise. We do not send promotional emails pushing additional products. There is one subscription and one price — nothing to upsell.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Unsubscribing from The Friday Flash will end your access to The Friday Report if you are a paid subscriber.
